Renovation and upgrade of Concession Stand in Chicago Transit Authority Red Line Morse Station is interior design and space planning of 105 square feet existing retail space. The design consists of a sales area with curvilinear counter winding across the store with pass through late night window. The rest of the space is occupied with 40 square feet of open stacks merchandise and a storage room/employee service area.

The exterior wall of the concession stand is of vandal proof materials, light blue terra cotta tiles and tempered clear glass with aluminium frame and steel overhead door.
