This house addition and renovation consist of 820 square feet, one-story addition and renovation of 1820 square feet of the existing one story building. The addition includes a master bedroom suite, new kitchen play room, 255 square feet back porch, and 160 square feet covered entrance porch. The renovation includes re-arrangement of the existing floor layout to create an open floor plan to allow space flow from living room through new dinning room to kitchen. The addition is in the Prairie style to complement the characteristics of the existing building. The exterior walls of the addition are also brick to unify the existing with the new. The new roof is shingle to match the existing roof.

The financial needs of the client were considered during the design and preparation of the construction documentation of the building.
